Cave Rafting TourPick up by cab at 8am from your Resort so you can take the 9am flight or the 8:30am boat from San Pedro to Belize City. We meet up in Belize City and go from there. We drive an hour to Nohoch Cheen Cave. Once we get there you gear up with helmets and lights and trek to tbe Cave Entrance. Paddle your own inflatable rafts on the Caves Branch River, through underground limestone caves over 175,000 years old. Explore the darkness as your headlights reveal Crystal Cave formations, underground water falls along with many bats and cave swallows. The Maya who occupied Belize thousands of years ago, considered these caves as Sacred. Caves served as the abode of powerful and capricious gods and were both places of death and of creation. Cave rafting is New to Belize and is considered be best way to explore Nohoch Che’en Cave. You get to paddle your own rafts exploring more freely, while learning all about Belize caves and the mysteries of the Ancient Maya. After Exploring the Cave we drive back to Belize City so you can take the 3pm boat or flight back to San Pedro.
