How Notifications work?
Notifications on the system such as email messages, alert you when you receive new messages/questions from another account, booking requests, and more. These notifications will be sent to you when someone sends a message or requests for a particular service.
You can manage your notifications as you receive them or disable message notifications by going to
Dashboard > Account Settings > Email Notifications.
1. Double check to make sure the email address you entered is the same email you're using for your Belizing account.
Go to Dashboard -> Click on Account Settings -> Verify Email
2. Ensure that emails coming from us are not mistakenly marked as junk or spam from your email provider and ending up in your junk folder.
3. Finally it is a good idea to check your email notification to make sure you have emails notifications on.
