  • Cancellations made 90 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
  • Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.

>Weather and other natural conditions are beyond our control. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any tour before the scheduled departure time for reasons including but not limited to bad weather, any other natural occurrences, and an insufficient number of participants.


>For the tours that include water activity, there may be times when the weather condition might make the tour permissible, but we might not make it advisable. If we inform you that the weather conditions might prevent us from doing your tour, we’ll offer to move the tour to another date or recommend an alternate activity. We take the safety of our guests and staff seriously. Thus, we will not start any tour if we consider it to be a risk to your safety and the safety of our guides.
