How to Book
1. Submit a booking request for water taxi tickets. Specify your depature date. All bookings have the flexibility to reschedule up to 1 day before the departure date. You must submit the title + first name and last name + date of birth for of the main contact.Your water taxi transporation will be with San Pedro Belize Express. 2. Confirmation: Once your booking request is submitted, a Belizing customer service agent will accept your request and book your tickets. The booking details and ticket vouchers will be emailed to you. Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the selected departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 90 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
- Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
- All cancellation inquiries must be made to support@belizing.com.
- All reservations can be rescheduled up to one day before departure.

- If you miss the last ferry of the day, we will reschedule you for the next day. However, we cannot provide any refunds or any reimbursement for hotel stays or other costs incurred due to a missed flight.
