Easy to walk to the airstrip from the house (5 minutes max) and call or catch a Taxi from Maya Island terminal...(which also has air conditioning for your wait if necessary). Taxis can deliver you to the doorstep on return. The location allows quick access to the village, but your own yard and property for seclusion and quiet when you desire, without the noise of the village area. Complete grocery store on the road, at the North end of the village. Wonderful caretaker and family on property. Security doors.
