The name says it all: Agua Villa= Water House. There’s a beach, a private pool, and a hot tub, all within steps of your shaded veranda. Use this house as your base for exploring the area, or just do what a lot of other guests have done in the past — Nothing but hang by the pool! Inside the 2-bedroom house are 2 comfortable bedrooms. One has a queen bed, while the other has a king that can be converted to 2 singles. There is also a detached suite with an extra king bedroom that can be an added-on upgrade if you need space for up to 6. Each bedroom has AC, and there is internet, plus cable TV in the living room. A full kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare your own meals, but don’t forget the Maya Beach Hotel Bistro is just 400 feet away.

This secluded beach front to lagoon property has 2 spacious beach houses, the Ara Macao and Blue Tang, and our groundskeeper Julio’s quarters. This cozy beach house is just north of Maya Beach Hotel, adjacent to the Flip Flop Palace Suites. It is divided into three private units, including a beach-level 1-bedroom king apartment, ... morean upper balcony suite, and a backpacker room.
The Main floor unit of the house has a large living room with a futon (max 2 children), a full kitchen, a big balcony right on the beach, a king bedroom, AC, bathroom with double vanity.
The Upper unit also has a nice big balcony with views over the Caribbean. It’s more efficiency-sized, with a queen air conditioned bedroom and small kitchenette .
The Junior unit is our bargain “backpacker” unit. It is just a room, really, with tiled floors, its own bathroom, kitchenette and A/C.
Affairs to Remember is a very large, modern beachfront house, with more than 3000sq ft of living space including a big beachside patio surrounding its private pool. Wooded lots, mature ... moreshrubs and bushes and gorgeous tropical flowers on both sides of the house screen out neighboring properties and afford a great deal of privacy. Featuring all concrete construction, 9 foot or better ceilings and tinted double glazed windows and doors this home is cool and quiet. It also boasts one of the best beaches in Belize. Wander out more than a hundred feet on a firm sandy bottom from our weed free beach and bask in sea temperatures that average 80 degrees or better year round.
