We have 8-bed dorms and 4-bed dorms, all with a clean and tiled, en-suite bathroom with hot and cold showers. On the third floor, there is the roof terrace, with views of the ocean from both sides of the island, hammocks, and an open plan kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and a communal grill. A great spot for sunsets, sunrises, stargazing, and enjoying the island life!
Bedrooms: colorful, clean, and comfortable 8 or 4-bed dorm-style room with either air conditioning or fans. Each room has tiled flooring and a tiled en-suite bathroom with hot and cold showers, free unlimited purified drinking water, wifi, a fridge, and a full-length mirror in each room. All beds are equipped with their personal electrical outlet and fan and also linen and free towels to use during your stay. Bathrooms are regularly stocked with toilet rolls, hand soap, and free body soap bars are given at the reception upon request. Showers have hot and cold water and a small mirror is located above the sink in each bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities: free tea and coffee is provided 8 am-5 pm. Kitchen facilities: on the roof terrace (third floor) there is a kitchen equipped with four burners for cooking, a microwave, toaster, and all the necessary pots, pans, and other cooking utensils. On the roof terrace, there is also a seating area to enjoy your meal. Other facilities: the property also provides free wi-fi and a very cheap rate for bike rentals.
Birdhouses is a very unique place in the sunset side of the island, in front of water. Specialy design for couples and singles only. Very private and in contact with nature. Birdhouses is composed of three birdhouses! They are Hummingbird House in orange tones, Woodpecker House in blue tones and Pelican House and in purple tones!
As part of Birdhouses there is a very private sigüal that can only be used by guests, when the tide is high, one can fish from there!
Only Birdhouses guests are allowed inside the premises!
We give our guests a cellphone to be able to contact us for anything that they may need, plus we live close by, although not too close, so that they may have privacy!

The cabana hosts a maximum of 2 people and is a perfect hangout for all the activities on the island. Inside is a small living area with kitchen (stove/oven, fridge, all necessary utensils), half separate bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious shower/bathroom. Outside is a comfortable veranda with hammock. The cabana does not have hot water, but in a tropical climate you'll be happy to take a refreshing shower.
Close to the house -about 50 yards from the property- is our dock, which is a perfect spot for a morning coffee, sunbathing, or a dip in the water. This dock also gives you a front row seat to the most beautiful sunsets. If you like dogs, you're at the right spot: we have 2 very friendly dogs who love to play.
The cabana itself is located in the backyard of the very unique and authentic (outdoor) restaurant 'Wish Willy Bar & Grill', run by the owner. The restaurant is not more than a couple of tables and chairs in the yard and you have to walk through it to reach your cabana. From the veranda you look out over the restaurant. Right now the restaurant is closed because of COVID but it is possible to order meals if you like.
As a guest you have access to all the hammocks in the yard, the restaurant and our dock. We also rent kayaks & paddle boards for reasonable prices.
Built to the highest standard, this Cottage comes full furnished with AC and hot/cold water which is approved by our Ministry of Health. This Cottage is located on the west side of ... morethe island overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The location is the most quiet and tranquil area of the island. We have a private beach area with a 100ft dock for relaxing or sun bathing. This is the only Cottage, so only 2 guest at a time.

13ft up in the trees this house is designed with Belize in mind - endless mahogany louver windows allows for maximum breeze and stone floors and wood walls keep it cool. Small but very comfortable with sofa and chair for lounging inside but most people live on the deck in hammocks and chairs.
Full and generous kitchen for home cooking but so close to everything most folks just use the fridge and coffee maker! The owner built this home for herself and husband but recently moved a little closer to the beach, so is close by if you need anything. You don't have to share the property with anyone.

We are just a few minutes away from the center of the Caye Caulker Village. It is an easy walking distance, but when you arrive with luggage, take a golf-cart taxi. There are plenty of them and they are affordable. Our villa has a downstairs and Upstairs unit for you to enjoy, and is fully equipped with two bedrooms available, kitchen, bathroom and living area.
The kitchen is equipped with full stove, big refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the cutlery you need. Though, with the large number of good restaurants on the island in walking distance, offering local and international fare, you may be dining a lot! They are reasonably priced.
Each bedroom sleeps two people. Upstairs Unit has two queen beds. Both bedrooms has new A/C units and fans. The walk into town is lovely & sleepy, about a half a mile depending on where you want to go. If you are not walking type, then you can use our 4 complimentary bikes. We have a newly built pool, this is shared among the other guests
