The home is uniquely located in an upscale private area that provides for a very private beach setting, yet it is close to fine dining and other upscale resorts in an exclusive section of Placencia, just 10 minutes from Maya Beach and 25 minutes from Placencia Village in the 6-seat gas golf cart provided and included with rental. The home also has an onsite caretaker who lives in their separate quarters located on the property.

WiFi internet is available throughout the house and beyond. The house comes equipped with a flat screen smart TV, but we are discontinuing cabe TV service, DVD player, and DVDs until COVID 19 is no longer a threat. Guests must have their own Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services.
This house is located on an acre and a half of beachfront property. The house is elevated approximately 8 feet above the ground. Three small rooms (laundry room and shop, storage area, and sleeping room) are located beneath the house which the owner and her representatives use. A new cottage for the resident manager is located near the back of the property. The owner may have vehicles parked on the back (west) half acre where the guest also has parking space.

We are two Canadians that sold everything we owned, packed it into a Jeep, and decided to embark on the journey of a lifetime. We built two eco-conscious cabins located in the heart ... moreof beautiful Placencia, just minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, restaurants, and local amenities and events. We don't offer A/C, but we do offer a pool and each cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and a large positionable fan for your comfort.
The design of the cabins are based on the idea of having something different that was edgy but comfortable, loosely based on the style of Shepherd Huts. Taking into consideration that they be luxurious but simple, we want our guests to have as much opportunity to go and spend time in the community.
Cabins include 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, 1 bathroom, Free WiFi, a kitchenette and swimming pool.
