Private entrances at both bedrooms provide access to the garden and pool area.

The house is centrally located in Maya Beach, just a short walk to the nearest grocery store and a selection of restaurants including Singing Sands, Mangos and more. The houses, completed in 2014, are on a private oversized Beach Front lot. The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk down the beach to Placencia village with its restaurants and shops. The homes are a contemporary comfortable style perfect for couples or families.
We pride ourselves on having very clean properties. Air conditioning in every room, WIFI, and internet are all included. Every bedroom has a full beach view, its own private tiled bathroom with two sinks, air conditioning if the breezes just don't do it for you, and a fan overhead on the Rosa wood ceilings. Each house has a living room open to the dining area and kitchen, furnished in comfortable modern furniture either imported from the US or handcrafted of Mahogany locally. The living rooms have large sliding glass doors that open up to each home's veranda and look out over the pool to the ocean beyond.
