Rum Tasting – Ruta Maya Rum Experience: Indulge in a fun rum tasting session, featuring the finest selections of Ruta Maya Rum. Learn about the art of Belizean rum-making while sipping smooth, rich flavors crafted from locally sourced ingredients.

River Tubing: Enjoy a refreshing and fun-filled ride on the Manatee River! Relax and take in the breathtaking wilderness as you float along, experiencing the perfect mix of nature, excitement, and relaxation.

Scenic Nature Trails & Refreshing Jungle River Pools: Explore easy-to-walk, fully graveled trails, making it a breeze for guests of all ages to enjoy. Along the way, listen to the sounds of tropical birds before cooling off in the refreshing jungle pools.

Panthera Playground – Mini Adventure Course for Kids: Little adventurers can experience their own thrills at Panthera Playground, a miniature version of a zipline, climbing course, and slide, designed to keep kids entertained and engaged in a safe and exciting environment.

Full Bar & Restaurant onsite: Savor refreshing tropical drinks at our full-service bar and restaurant. Whether it’s a classic rum cocktail or a hearty dish, your taste buds are in for a treat! (menu items not included in price)

Guests travel comfortably to their destination(s) in our brand new, fully loaded, 16-seater shuttle bus with a responsible, professional, and knowledgeable driver.
Kindly note that our transfers are NOT private unless prior notice OR request has been made and the private transfer payment has been completed.

Pick up time for transfers from Belize City is 7:45am.

EXCALIBUR ADVENTURE PARK PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

• Children MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Our restaurant BILLY WEBB BAR & GRILL opens at 8:30am and closes at 5pm.

NO Outside Food and Drinks Allowed on premises.
NO Guns allowed on premises.
NO Hiking uphill without a guide and proper equipment on.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Policy

A minimum 50% deposit is required upon booking to confirm any tour or package.
Full payment is due minimum 15 days prior to the scheduled tour or package date.
Full payment is required immediately for any reservation made 48 hours or less prior to the tour or package date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations MUST be done in writing and sent through email to info@excaliburadventure.com
Cancellations 15 days or more prior to the tour or package date will receive a full refund on the initial deposit, less 25% processing fee.
Cancellations 7 days prior to the tour or package date will receive a 50% refund, less 25% processing fee.
No refund will be issued for cancellations 6 days or less from the tour or package date.
No refund for cancellations 48 hours or less or from the tour or package date (applicable to bookings made 48 hours or less from the tour or package date.)
No refund for late arrivals.
No refund for NO SHOW.

Cancellations by Excalibur Adventure Park 24 hours or less from the tour or package date will receive full refund, less 25% processing fee or the tour or package will be scheduled to another date.

Excalibur Adventure Park reserves the right to cancel any tour or package before the tour or package date for reasons including, but not limited to, late arrivals, bad weather, and natural occurrences.

Refunds for any cancellation will be issued within 15 days following the tour or package date.

All refunds will be issued on the terms and conditions listed above. Excalibur Adventure Park will NOT be held responsible for any demands, losses, expenses, damages, or charges incurred as a result of any cancellation.
