Big Rock Waterfall and Xunantunich Start your day with your guide picking you up from your hotel, and off on just a 20 min drive out of San Ignacio towards Xunantunich where your guide ... morewill give you the history and information about the site. Climb Mayan temples take pictures and enjoy a beautiful narration of these amazing sites. After the tour of the site is completed, you move on to lunch with some delicious Belizean Lunch. After lunch, you head to the Mountain Pine Ridge area where the beautiful waterfall is located. With the now mostly paved roads, it is easier to access the Big Rock waterfalls. At the area, there will be a short 15-20 min hike to access the waterfall, jump dive, swim up to the base of the waterfall and take some beautiful pictures and then a 30 min hike back up to the van.

Once at the cave system's entrance, it’s time for your ancient Maya underworld adventure. You’ll see intricate crystalline formations that line the cave with a majestic rise and fall of stalagmites and stalactites that add to the serene richness and grandiose of Xibalba as it’s known.
