Depending on the trail and recent weather, you may encounter uneven terrain and muddy sections that add to the adventure.

After your ATV experience, continue to Nohoch Che’en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve for an unforgettable cave tubing journey. Begin with a hike through the tropical rainforest, where you can appreciate the lush vegetation and natural surroundings along the way. Cancellation Policy

We have carefully considered the best services we can provide to make your expedition/vacation a most memorable one.  It is with that in mind that we realize that there are always unforeseen accidents and incidents that might interfere with your plans thus calling for amendments/changes.

We are hereby introducing our guidelines and requirements for the cancellation to be effective and successful on your behalf.

Tour and/or Transfers must be confirmed on the 50% deposit of grand total or payment in full

Confirmation of 50% deposit must be made at least 48 hours before time

Request of cancellation must be made in writing or direct call to our offices 24 hours in advance

Guests must acknowledge that the Central Bank requires a minimum of 3 working days to refund a direct foreign account after the request in writing from our company.

Nelson Maya Adventures will retain 15% of any and all deposits amount for bank refund transactions.

No Shows are completely NON REFUNDABLE

Failure to notify us of any late changes can result in NO REFUND

Deposits can be held for future Tours and /or Transfers for a 1 time period not exceeding 6 months
