9:00 am- start Altun ha tour it last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
10:30 am- Give guest 15 minutes gift shopping and head out for ATV Grounds.
11:00 am - start ATV Tour, 1hour of tour
12:00 noon - Drive 15 minutes for a 30 minute lunch before heading back to Belize City
1:00 pm - Drive back to Belize city, drive takes approximately 1 hour.
2:00 pm - Drop off guest at their location.

  • Cancellations made 15 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
  • Cancellations made 7 days before will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

We have carefully considered the best services we can provide to make your expedition/vacation a most memorable one.  It is with that in mind that we realize that there are always unforeseen accidents and incidents that might interfere with your plans thus calling for amendments/changes.

We are hereby introducing our guidelines and requirements for the cancellation to be effective and successful on your behalf.

Tour and/or Transfers must be confirmed on the 50% deposit of grand total or payment in full

Confirmation of 50% deposit must be made at least 48 hours before time

Request of cancellation must be made in writing or direct call to our offices 24 hours in advance

Guests must acknowledge that the Central Bank requires a minimum of 3 working days to refund a direct foreign account after the request in writing from our company.

Nelson Maya Adventures will retain 15% of any and all deposits amount for bank refund transactions.

No Shows are completely NON REFUNDABLE

Failure to notify us of any late changes can result in NO REFUND

Deposits can be held for future Tours and /or Transfers for a 1 time period not exceeding 6 months
