Yes! Backyard Voyage carefully plans each tour to help ensure guests return to Belize City in time to catch their scheduled water taxi or boat. We understand the importance of staying on schedule, especially for travelers returning to San Pedro or Caye Caulker. Please share your boat departure time when booking so we can coordinate the tour itinerary accordingly. Our goal is to make your Belize adventure enjoyable, stress-free, and convenient from start to finish.
Lunch time is between the hours of 12 & 1 Local time.
Yes! Complimentary drinking water will be provided during your tour to help keep you hydrated throughout your adventure. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle as well, especially for outdoor activities such as zip-lining and cave tubing. Stay hydrated and enjoy exploring Belize with Backyard Voyage!
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 15 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
- Cancellations made 7 days before will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.

All bookings are subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to notify Backyard Voyage as early as possible of any cancellations or changes to their reservation.
2. Physical Requirements and Safety
Guests must be physically capable of participating in the selected activities, including zip-lining and cave tubing. All participants must follow the tour guide’s safety instructions throughout the experience.
3. Pickup and Transportation
Guests must provide accurate pickup information and be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. Transportation type and vehicle size may vary depending on group size. Guests arriving by water taxi are responsible for selecting the appropriate departure and providing their boat schedule in advance.
