Travel time: 
The shuttle ride from the airport to the water taxi terminal usually takes 30-45 minutes. The ferry ride takes approximately 45 minutes (one way). 

Luggage/Cargo: 
Passengers are allowed a small/light weight freight of items not exceeding 150lbs. All items must be properly packaged and checked 30 minutes before a scheduled departure.

NOTE: 
All reservations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the departure date. 
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.
Fares are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time listed by San Pedro Belize Express/Caribbean Sprinter.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original departure date.
• Approved rescheduling requests are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.
• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the original departure date cannot be accommodated, and the ticket may be considered null and void.
• All exchanges and rescheduling are subject to the ferry operator's availability and processing requirements.
• A rescheduling request does not guarantee availability on the requested new date or departure time.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the original departure date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the original departure date are non-refundable, and the full payment will be forfeited.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

1. Submit a booking request for water taxi tickets. Specify your departure date. All bookings have the flexibility to reschedule up to 48 hours before the departure date. 

You must submit the title + first name and last name + date of birth for the main contact.

Your water taxi transportation will be with San Pedro Belize Express/Caribbean Sprinter.  

2. Confirmation: Once your booking request is submitted, a Belizing customer service agent will accept your request and book your tickets. The booking details and ticket vouchers will be emailed to you.

Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the selected departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.

Water taxi bookings are subject to availability, operating schedules, weather conditions, operational requirements, and other circumstances beyond our control. Depending on availability and the requirements of your itinerary, your water taxi booking may be arranged with either Caribbean Sprinter or San Pedro Belize Express.

The water taxi operator and/or departure time may be modified when necessary to accommodate your itinerary and ensure sufficient time for connections, including international or domestic flight arrival and departure times. While we will make every effort to select the most suitable available option based on the information provided, specific water taxi times and operators cannot be guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate flight and travel information at the time of booking. Any changes to flights or travel plans should be communicated to us as soon as possible so that we can review and adjust the transfer arrangements where availability permits.

Please note: Water taxi schedules are subject to change by the operating carrier without prior notice. We recommend allowing adequate connection time between your water taxi and any onward international or domestic flight.

By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree that any of the above-mentioned providers may operate your water taxi tickets.

• Booking that includes water taxi tickets only, must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund, less the 3% service fee. Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to no refund.

• If you miss the last ferry of the day, we will reschedule you for the next day. However, we cannot provide any refunds or any reimbursement for hotel stays or other costs incurred due to a missed flight.
