Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations & Payments All tours must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received. Any remaining balance must be paid as agreed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds Guests must provide notice of cancellation as early as possible. Refunds, deposits, and rescheduling are subject to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. If Adventours Belize cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, unsafe conditions, or operational issues, guests will be offered rescheduling or a refund for payments made for the affected tour.
3. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances Tours may be modified, postponed, or cancelled due to bad weather, rough seas, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. Guest safety is always our priority.
4. Guest Responsibilities & Safety Guests are expected to follow the guide’s instructions and safety guidelines throughout the tour. Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations, or other concerns that may affect their participation. For snorkelling, fishing, jungle tours, and boat trips, guests participate at their own risk and must follow all safety requirements.
5. Children & Minors Children must be supervised by a responsible parent or guardian. Certain activities may have age, swimming ability, or safety requirements.
6. Personal Belongings Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during tours. Adventours Belize is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Itinerary & Wildlife Tour itineraries may change due to weather, sea conditions, wildlife activity, or other factors. Wildlife sightings, including monkeys and other animals, cannot be guaranteed.
8. Respect for Nature & Local Communities All guests are expected to respect Belize’s wildlife, marine environments, cultural heritage, and local communities. Littering, harassment of wildlife, and unsafe or disrespectful behavior are not permitted.
9. Liability Adventours Belize takes reasonable steps to provide safe and enjoyable experiences. Guests acknowledge that outdoor activities, boat trips, snorkeling, fishing, and jungle excursions involve inherent risks. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
10. Acceptance of Terms By booking a tour with Adventours Belize with Jason, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
