After some hours of snorkeling, we head on to the north Channel of Caye Caulker to try to spot Manatees followed by tarpon feeding and a sea horse watch then to the quaint island of Caye Caulker just about 20 minutes from San Pedro Town. You will get the chance to meet the sociable people of this island, enjoy delicious seafood at a local restaurant on the beach for lunch, maybe relax a little at the famous Split while you sip on a Belikin, or also shop around for gifts and souvenirs.
On our way back, maybe if we still have time, stop at a snorkeling spot near San Pedro Town for a quick dip onto the water before the day is over.

Amuse yourself at the must-stop Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley – snorkeling with the sharks and rays is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It’s Home to hundreds of colorful species of fish and corals. Encounter yourself with horse-eyed jacks, trumpet fish, snappers, neon goby, princess parrot-fish, Nassau grouper, creole wrasse, green moray eel, spotted eagle ray & sea turtles just to name some of the fishes. First, we stop at Mexico Rocks, a coral patch between the reef and the shores of Ambergris Caye, where you begin a snorkeling experience you won't forget. Snorkeling here is mainly boasted by the magnificent boulder formations of Brain Corals, Elk Horns, and Great Star Corals that provide shelter for tropical fishes and critters. Some of them include spiny lobsters, yellowtail snappers, and stingrays. A cave looking like a path is also found here where you will find hundreds of baby snappers staring at you while you glide over them.

To kick off the morning we pick you up from your dock at 8:30 am and we head over along the reef for a few hours to do the best reef fishing. If you have never done reef fishing or any fishing at all, that is not a problem we will give you tips to land them. We will fish sustainably to cook your lunch catch, the catch of the day is the freshest meal ever. Want to take a swim? no problem you can do so before we take you to shore.
Then we move to a scenic and private spot along the shores of Ambergris Caye, where you can bask in the sun, sand, fresh Caribbean Breeze puffing on the palm trees, and a delicious lunch freshly grilled right at the spot.
Great, now that our stomach is settled we move to do some of the best snorkeling on the island on crystal clear waters which boast an abundance of marine life. Mexico rocks, usually not crowded, features large coral formations and beautiful tropical fishes. Hol Chan, Marine Reserve also offers the most exclusive snorkeling experience in Belize. With so much to see and explore.

We then stop at the neighboring island Caye Caulker for approx. 2 hours of free time to explore the island and lunch at a restaurant of your choice.
After this we make another snorkel stop at the Coral Gardens area.
You can also choose to add our famous Belizean buffet to be served onboard instead, before arriving at Caye Caulker.
Then we can do the stop shorter on Caye Caulker (1 hour approx) and do one more snorkel stop, or stop at a shallow sandbar area on our return.
For groups of 8 guests or less, it is possible to do fishing instead as the last activity.
We finish the day with a sunset cruise while we serve you fresh ceviche. Enjoy the sunset over the open water, then watch Ambergris Caye change into its nocturnal aspect and hopefully, also the first stars!

Explore the pristine Northern coast of Ambergris Caye, with amazing blue waters and beautiful views along the way. While we start our morning sail, we serve you fresh fruit and meat ... morepies. At the end of 2015, Mexico Rocks became a part of the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, to protect its rich marine life and precious corals. We do our first stop for snorkeling there and then continue to our favorite spot - a shallow area close to the reef, that is just like a natural pool (great for non-swimmers as well)! Here we make a break to relax in the shallow warm water, while the crew prepares our famous Belizean buffet on-board. Traditional dishes like stewed chicken and rice and beans with our Captain’s secret recipe BBQ fish! After lunch, we return South doing a second snorkel stop at Tres Cocos. An open bar with local rum, vodka, gin, soft drinks, and juices is included. Try the specials, rum punch, and "panty rippers"! There are min. 8 and max. 16 guests on this tour.
