This is a unique property on the Placencia peninsula. It is a three bedroom home on the ocean with lots of open plan living space. There are steps that can be lowered into the water allowing easy access for swimming and playing around in the sea. Back underneath the building is a freshwater shower so you can rinse yourself off before going back into the house. On the first level there are two huge bedrooms. The large open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area, lounge and stairs to the upper level. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the fixtures and fittings you need. The dining and living areas have panoramic windows and doors opening onto the wraparound porch. There are table and chairs out here for you to enjoy the seabreeze and the views. In addition to the huge porch, there is also a screened in porch with a second dining area, bench and hammock - a perfect spot to spend the afternoons. The custom designed stairs lead to a den area that can be used as an play area or office area. Skylights that can open provide light and air. The master bedroom is also on the upper level, with king bed, private deck and ensuite bathroom.
