Passengers are allowed a small/light weight freight of items not exceeding 150lbs. All items must be properly packaged and checked in 30 minutes before a scheduled departure.
NOTE:
All reservations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the departure date.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure date will receive a full refund, LESS the service fee.
Fares are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time listed by San Pedro Belize Express/Caribbean Sprinter
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original departure date.
Approved rescheduling requests are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the original departure date cannot be accommodated, and the ticket
may be considered null and void.
All exchanges and rescheduling are subject to the ferry operator's availability and processing requirements.
A rescheduling request does not guarantee availability on the requested new date or departure time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the original departure date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the original departure date are non-refundable, and the full payment will be forfeited.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Round-Trip Ferry Bookings
Round-trip ferry reservations consist of an outbound and return leg and are subject to the ferry operator's booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.
Once the first leg of a round-trip booking has been used or completed, the booking is considered partially used.
After the first leg has been completed, the remaining return leg cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The remaining return leg also cannot be transferred to another ferry operator or converted into a different booking.
Any request to reschedule the return leg must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled return departure date and is subject to the applicable 25% rescheduling fee, availability, and the ferry operator's approval.
Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled return departure cannot be accommodated and the unused portion of the ticket will be forfeited.
No-shows on the return leg are non-refundable.
Completing the outbound leg does not create an entitlement to a refund or cancellation of the unused return portion of the booking
