Our Full Day Private Charter combines adventure, relaxation, and complete privacy into a personalized experience exclusively for your group. Spend the day snorkeling Belize’s incredible marine environment, swimming in crystal clear Caribbean waters, sightseeing, and relaxing aboard your own private clear boat before winding down with beautiful views as the day moves toward sunset.

Unlike our shared experiences, Clear Voyage is yours for the day. Your group controls the atmosphere and music through our onboard Bluetooth system, or tell us the vibe you want and we’ll create a playlist for you. The itinerary can be personalized around your group, occasion, and interests while taking weather, marine conditions, and operating requirements into consideration.

Your charter is designed to be an all inclusive experience, with snorkeling equipment, applicable marine reserve and park fees, licensed captain, crew and guide, beer, rum punch, bottled water, soft drinks, fresh fruit, snacks and light refreshments included. Wine is also available upon request.

-Each additional guest is "per person"
-Rates are for the entire private charter, not per person for the first 5 guests.
-Clear Voyage accommodates approximately 8 to 10 guests, depending on the itinerary and operating requirements.
-The charter rate includes snorkeling equipment, applicable marine reserve and park fees, licensed captain, guide and crew, beer, rum punch, water, soft drinks, fresh fruit, snacks and light refreshments.
-Wine is available upon request.
-Lunch is not included and is at the guests’ own expense.
-Custom requests or additional services outside the standard charter inclusions may result in additional charges.
-Final itinerary and activities are subject to weather, marine conditions, and the captain’s discretion.

Group Size: The base charter rate covers up to 5 guests. Additional guests are charged at the applicable per person rate. Final guest count must be confirmed before departure and may not exceed the approved vessel capacity for the scheduled itinerary.

Check In: Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrival may result in a shortened charter so that the vessel can remain within its scheduled operating period.

Private Charter: Clear Voyage is reserved exclusively for the confirmed group during the scheduled charter period. Guests may personalize the music and atmosphere, and reasonable itinerary requests may be accommodated when operationally possible.

Itinerary: The planned itinerary, snorkeling locations, swimming areas, and other activities may be adjusted based on weather, sea conditions, marine reserve requirements, timing, safety considerations, or the captain’s discretion.

Weather & Marine Conditions: All charters are subject to safe operating conditions. The captain has final authority regarding departure, navigation, snorkeling, swimming, itinerary changes, and vessel operations.

Cancellation by Clear Boat Belize: If Clear Boat Belize must cancel due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances preventing safe operation, guests will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected charter.

Guest Cancellations: Guest initiated cancellations, date changes, and no shows are subject to Clear Boat Belize’s cancellation and refund policy.
Included Beverages & Refreshments: Standard charter inclusions may include beer, rum punch, bottled water, soft drinks, fresh fruit, snacks, and light refreshments. Wine may be provided when requested in advance. Specific brands and selections are subject to availability.

Lunch: Lunch is not included. When the itinerary provides time ashore, guests may purchase lunch at their own expense.

Snorkeling & Swimming: Participation in snorkeling and swimming is voluntary. Guests must follow all instructions from the captain, licensed guide, crew, and marine reserve personnel. Guests should advise Clear Boat Belize in advance of non swimmers or anyone requiring additional assistance in the water.

Health & Safety: Guests are responsible for informing Clear Boat Belize before departure of relevant allergies, mobility limitations, medical considerations, or other circumstances that may affect safe participation.

Children: Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult throughout the charter.

Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are intended for guests of legal drinking age. Clear Boat Belize reserves the right to limit or discontinue alcohol service when necessary for guest or vessel safety.

Guest Conduct: Unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may result in an activity being stopped or the charter being ended early without refund.

Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for protecting their phones, cameras, wallets, and other belongings. Clear Boat Belize is not responsible for lost, damaged, or water damaged personal property.

Footwear: Shoes are removed before boarding Clear Voyage and stored in the designated shoe bag.

Sunscreen & Body Oils: Sunscreen is encouraged. Excessive body oils and greasy lotions should be avoided because they may create slippery surfaces onboard.

Marine Environment: Guests must comply with all applicable marine reserve regulations and instructions intended to protect Belize’s marine environment and wildlife.

Music & Customization: Guests may connect their own music through the onboard Bluetooth system or request a customized playlist. Music volume and content remain subject to reasonable operational, safety, and location requirements.

Assumption of Risk: Boating, snorkeling, swimming, and other marine activities involve inherent risks. By participating, guests acknowledge and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with these activities and agree to follow all safety instructions.

Captain’s Authority: The captain has final authority aboard Clear Voyage and may modify or discontinue any activity when necessary to protect guests, crew, the vessel, or the marine environment.

Acceptance of Terms: By completing the reservation, the booking guest acknowledges these Terms & Conditions and agrees to ensure that all members of their party are aware of the applicable rules, requirements, and safety instructions.
