Weather & Marine Conditions: All tours are subject to weather, sea conditions, marine reserve requirements, and the captain’s discretion. Routes, snorkeling locations, departure times, or activities may be modified when necessary for guest safety.
Cancellations by Clear Boat Belize: If Clear Boat Belize cancels an excursion due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances preventing safe operation, guests will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected tour.
Guest Cancellations: Cancellations and changes are subject to our cancellation policy. No shows and cancellations made within the applicable nonrefundable period may result in forfeiture of payments made.
Snorkeling & Swimming: Participation in snorkeling and swimming activities is voluntary. Guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain, licensed tour guide, crew, and marine reserve personnel.
Children: Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult throughout the experience.
Health & Safety: Guests are responsible for informing Clear Boat Belize in advance of any mobility limitations, swimming concerns, allergies, medical considerations, or other circumstances that may affect their safe participation.
Alcohol & Conduct: Clear Boat Belize reserves the right to refuse boarding or discontinue alcohol service to any guest whose behavior may jeopardize their own safety, the safety or enjoyment of others, the crew, or the vessel.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Clear Boat Belize is not responsible for lost, damaged, or water damaged personal items.
Footwear: Shoes must be removed before boarding Clear Voyage and will be stored in the designated shoe bag.
Sunscreen & Oils: Sunscreen is encouraged. Excessive body oils and greasy products should be avoided because they can create slippery surfaces onboard.
Marine Environment: Guests must follow all marine reserve regulations and may not touch, feed, remove, chase, or intentionally disturb marine life unless specifically permitted and directed by authorized personnel.
Captain’s Authority: The captain has final authority regarding vessel operation, routes, swimming and snorkeling activities, weather decisions, and all matters affecting safety.
Assumption of Risk: Boat travel, snorkeling, swimming, and other marine activities involve inherent risks. By participating, guests acknowledge and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with these activities and agree to follow all safety instructions.
Rates: Belizean/local rates require valid Belizean identification. Guests who cannot provide qualifying identification may be required to pay the applicable standard rate.
Acceptance: By completing a reservation, the booking guest acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and agrees to ensure all members of their party are made aware of the applicable rules and requirements.
