The Hicklin House is a two bedroom, one bath beach front home located in the Tres Cocos area, one mile north of San Pedro Town. House Layout: The house features two verandas, one off the living room, the other off the bedrooms. All living spaces are on the second floor which provides a superior view of the Caribbean Sea and the lagoon, and takes full advantage of the tropical breeze. The veranda off the living room and dining room opens to a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. It is the perfect place to start your day with a cup of Belizean coffee and a book, watching the sunrise.
