Payments
All prices are quoted in $US.
We accept ONLY Visa & MasterCard (credit cards) at the lodge for payment of your invoice balance, trips, rooms and other services.
Credit card charges are at a rate of BZD$2.00 to USD$1.00.
A deposit of 50% of the total of your invoice is required within 24 hours of your reservation in order to confirm. If it is not provided within this time, Caves Branch reserves the right to release your room until payment is made.
Gratuities are not included in any charges. Gratuities are, however, appreciated by all staff but we prefer to leave tipping to the individual.
A credit card form is sent along with your invoice so that you can send in your information for immediate payment.
Caves Branch does not control credit card companies that may add additional charges for foreign transactions.
If payment is submitted via bank draft or wire transfer, your bank will add charges for which Caves Branch cannot be held responsible.
It should be noted that Caves Branch has no control over these charges which any bank makes directly to you. We can only account for the amount you have authorized us to charge you.
Discounts
Children who are under 9 yrs. incur no charge for accommodations, meals and trips as long as the trips are ones offered on our property.
A discount price of 20% will be given to children for trips such as the Zipline, Snorkeling, Diving, Horseback Riding and Tikal.
a special discount is provided on 3 to 7 night packages for students age 10 to 16 years.
Cancellation/Refunds
Any cancellation of reservations or part of reservations must be received in writing.
Any reservation or portion of reservation cancelled by client in writing 90 days or more of initiating itinerary will be refunded in full less US $100.00- per room for processing.
Any reservation or portion of reservation cancelled by client 89 to 45 days of initiating itinerary, will result in the client receiving 50% refund less $100 US – per room processing fee.
Any reservation or portion of reservation cancelled by client 44 days or less of initiating itinerary will result in no refund.
Any reservation where there is a “No Show” will forfeit a refund of the entire deposit which is the required 50% total of the booking invoice. (No Shows include rooms, meals, tours or shuttle services)
Due to the above point, it is HIGHLY recommended that all clients purchase "trip cancellation insurance" in order to cover a possible cancellation of 60 days or less of initiating itinerary.

Caves Branch is not responsible for portions of the package which might be cancelled due to acts of God such as, but not limited to, heavy rains, flooding, storms, hurricanes or any other such natural occurrence. Whenever possible another available tour will be substituted.
Caves Branch is not responsible for refunding any portions of any itinerary, which the clients do not use.
Please note in relation to Travel Insurance:
1) It is recommended to purchase Trip insurance within 7 days of purchasing your vacation in order to cover pre-existing medical conditions.
2) In the event of Tropical Storms/ Hurricanes, insurance must be purchased 24 hours prior to a storm being named.
