Via Ferrata: The Via Ferrata is a 1000 ft. course of stunning views and adrenaline filled climbs with 4 different suspension bridges including the Tibetan Bridge which is 264 ft long extending from one end of the valley to the other. Consisting of climbing walls and suspension bridges, the Via Ferrata will leave you breathless!

River Tubing: Enjoy a refreshing and fun-filled ride on the Manatee River! Relax and take in the breathtaking wilderness as you float along, experiencing the perfect mix of nature, excitement, and relaxation. (This activity is weather-dependent and not available if water levels are too
low or too high.)

Scenic Nature Trails & River Pools: Enjoy a leisurely walk along our beautiful, well-kept trails lined with vibrant flowers and lush greenery. Just minutes from the restaurant, the path leads you to the river where you can cool off in refreshing natural pools and listen to the calls of tropical birds.

Lunch at Billy Webb Bar & Grill – Refuel after your zipline adventure with a meal from our menu. Guests can choose any food item, plus one water and one soda or juice. Pair your meal with an ice-cold draft beer (alcoholic beverages not included).

EXCALIBUR ADVENTURE PARK PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

• Children MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Our restaurant BILLY WEBB BAR & GRILL opens at 8:30am and closes at 5pm.

NO Outside Food and Drinks Allowed on premises.
NO Guns allowed on premises.
NO Hiking uphill without a guide and proper equipment on.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Policy

A minimum 50% deposit is required upon booking to confirm any tour or package.
Full payment is due minimum 15 days prior to the scheduled tour or package date.
Full payment is required immediately for any reservation made 48 hours or less prior to the tour or package date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations MUST be done in writing and sent through email to info@excaliburadventure.com
Cancellations 15 days or more prior to the tour or package date will receive a full refund on the initial deposit, less 25% processing fee.
Cancellations 7 days prior to the tour or package date will receive a 50% refund, less 25% processing fee.
No refund will be issued for cancellations 6 days or less from the tour or package date.
No refund for cancellations 48 hours or less or from the tour or package date (applicable to bookings made 48 hours or less from the tour or package date.)
No refund for late arrivals.
No refund for NO SHOW.

Cancellations by Excalibur Adventure Park 24 hours or less from the tour or package date will receive full refund, less 25% processing fee or the tour or package will be scheduled to another date.

Excalibur Adventure Park reserves the right to cancel any tour or package before the tour or package date for reasons including, but not limited to, late arrivals, bad weather, and natural occurrences.

Refunds for any cancellation will be issued within 15 days following the tour or package date.

All refunds will be issued on the terms and conditions listed above. Excalibur Adventure Park will NOT be held responsible for any demands, losses, expenses, damages, or charges incurred as a result of any cancellation.

Packages may include food and beverages from Billy Webb Bar and Grill, as well as other offerings depending on the selected tour.
