As this tour takes place in the jungle, we recommend participants wear long pants, t-shirt and closed toe shoes. For your safety Sandals or open toe shoes are NOT permitted on this activity. We also recommend that you use bug repellent and sun screen. We have a locked storage cage for you to store any belongings while on tour and water is provided along the route.
Yes. At the start of the course we have a demonstration line. If Zipping is new to you you can request to try your first zip here. If you decide at this point to opt out of the tour a refund will be provided based on the terms of the sale at time of booking. . After this point should you opt out your guide will call by radio to request a third team member come and walk you out. Once the escort has arrived the tour will go on. There will be no refunds for unused services once the tour group crosses the suspension bridge.

  • Cancellations made 15 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
  • Cancellations made 7 days before will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.

This tour is not recommended for people with any medical conditions such as asthma or heart problems.

Also not recommended for pregnant women.  All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is present to provide consent.

What an experience!!!
Overall loved this experience, it is physically demanding but totally worth it! I’m afraid of hights but Oscar and Gherson were so wonderful and helpful with me, really appreciate their support so I could finish my tour.
