Some sections may require balance, coordination, and upper-body strength. We recommend that guests consider their individual fitness levels and any mobility limitations before booking to ensure they can comfortably and safely enjoy the experience.
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 15 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
- Cancellations made 7 days before will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.

2. Booking & Cancellation: Guests should arrive at the designated pickup location on time. Cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the tour operator’s cancellation policy.
3. Weather & Tour Conditions: The tour itinerary may be adjusted or canceled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety of all participants.
