All tours and transfers are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once the required booking information and, where applicable, deposit or payment have been

received.

2. Payment

Payment terms and amounts will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment may be required before or on the day of the tour, depending on the arrangement.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the timing of the cancellation and any non-refundable fees already paid to third-party

providers.

4. Changes to Tours

Hitch A Hike Adventure Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a tour when necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road conditions, site

closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Tour Activities & Safety

Guests are expected to follow the instructions of their guide and comply with all safety requirements. Participants should inform us in advance of any condition, limitation, or

special requirement that may affect their ability to participate safely.

6. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during tours and transfers. Hitch A Hike Adventure Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7. Punctuality

Guests are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup time. Delays caused by guests may result in changes to the itinerary or additional charges.

8. Children & Minors

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Certain activities may have age, height, or other participation requirements.

9. Force Majeure

Hitch A Hike Adventure Tours will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
