We give our guests a cellphone to be able to contact us for anything that they may need, plus we live close by, although not too close, so that they may have privacy!

Our home is a downstairs flat with the cozy feel of the Caribbean breeze. It is fully furnished, with Linens provided. The kitchen has its basic necessities so you can have the comfort of preparing your meals if you choose to. We provide wireless internet and cable.
Guests will have access to the entire flat of the home which is three bedrooms, one and a half bath, a living, dining room, home office, and kitchen. The master bedroom, the living room, and dining area are air-conditioned and two rooms are equipped with fans. We have a side patio area that guests can relax and enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze.
We are very family-oriented and we are always busy with activities, but we will always be available for a chat and for any assistance needed. We provide a prepaid phone to our guests so that they can contact us whenever they need to do so.
My family lives upstairs. We are all adults so we are relatively quiet except for footsteps you might hear when we are home moving around.
Our neighborhood is quiet, nice, within walking distance from downtown where you can find banks, shopping, tourist area, and water taxis to the islands. The seafront is about 30 yards from our home. You can sit on the sea wall and enjoy the Caribbean Sea and the entire bay view.
The best way to get around is by renting a car or taking a cab. If you let us know your desires we would be happy to assist you in making your stay enjoyable. We can also arrange tours for you..

We have located 32 miles north of Belize City, a very tranquil environment so many species of beautiful birds are found in this area you can come to spend the night and wake up early to do a bird watching tour. Our cozy 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom home is located 2 minute walk from the beautiful lagoon and located a few minutes away from shops, dining, and the museum. The cabana is a studio built on posts about 10 feet above the ground. This means more breeze, better views, fewer bugs, a shady place under the house, and dry feet during a tropical shower. In the house are one queen bed and a futon couch. The futon can be used for 1 adult or 2 children, so the cabana suits a maximum of 3 adults or a family of 4 with children under 12.
The kitchen is fully equipped (see amenities for specifics). The breezy veranda is a perfect spot to read, watch birds or relax in the hammock. If you have enough of the diving, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, or other activities on the island you can entertain yourself with a small library, a selection of board- and card games, smart TV (including Firestick), and WiFi.

We are also in a residential "off grid" neighborhood relying on Solar Power and Rain Water Catchment for our water supply, but you might not even notice with a little bit of conservation on your part ie turning off lights and fans when not in use. We provide bikes and kayaks while you're with us free of charge, also coffee, tea and drinking water. You have the use of the shared dock located next door at our sister property, and we are available you if needed as we live next door, but otherwise your privacy is important to us.

We're a short 20 minute bike ride to the center of the Village where the action is, but far enough away to chill and have some quiet time when you're ready.
