The houses, completed in 2014, are on a private oversized Beach Front lot. The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk down the beach to Placencia village with its restaurants and shops. The homes are a contemporary comfortable style perfect for couples or families.
We pride ourselves on having very clean properties. Air conditioning in every room, WIFI, and internet are all included. Every bedroom has a full beach view, its own private tiled bathroom with two sinks, air conditioning if the breezes just don't do it for you, and a fan overhead on the Rosa wood ceilings. The house is centrally located in Maya Beach, just a short walk to the nearest grocery store and a selection of restaurants including Singing Sands, Mangos and more. The cabana hosts a maximum of 2 people and is a perfect hangout for all the activities on the island. Inside is a small living area with kitchen (stove/oven, fridge, all necessary utensils), half separate bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious shower/bathroom. Outside is a comfortable veranda with hammock. The cabana does not have hot water, but in a tropical climate you'll be happy to take a refreshing shower.
Close to the house -about 50 yards from the property- is our dock, which is a perfect spot for a morning coffee, sunbathing, or a dip in the water. This dock also gives you a front row seat to the most beautiful sunsets. If you like dogs, you're at the right spot: we have 2 very friendly dogs who love to play.
The cabana itself is located in the backyard of the very unique and authentic (outdoor) restaurant 'Wish Willy Bar & Grill', run by the owner. The restaurant is not more than a couple of tables and chairs in the yard and you have to walk through it to reach your cabana. From the veranda you look out over the restaurant. Right now the restaurant is closed because of COVID but it is possible to order meals if you like.
As a guest you have access to all the hammocks in the yard, the restaurant and our dock. We also rent kayaks & paddle boards for reasonable prices.
