If anyone in your group develops symptoms:
If you or anyone in your group develops a fever or other symptoms of Covid-19 while staying at Aliana's, please be sure to update your Belize Travel Health App so that you can be advised directly on what your next step is. Please contact Aliana's management directly via WhatsApp, Airbnb messaging, or via email at alianavillas@gmail.com. Please do not leave the property until you are cleared by a health official. An emergency kit can be provided to you with an N95 mask, gloves, sanitizer & tissues if you do not have them in your travel supply.

Members traveling with you should social distance, wear a mask, and remain at the property with you until you have taken a Covid-19 test and received the results (this can take up to 24hrs). If your test result is positive, those traveling with you will also receive a Covid-19 test along with any persons you have been in close contact with.

We ask that everyone in your group self-monitor for signs of Covid-19. Make sure that everyone practices social distancing, wears a mask at all times, and wash and sanitize their hands as often as needed. Per Belize Tourism Board regulations, if a person tests positive with Covid 19 then they must isolate in a separate room from those traveling with them and quarantine for 14 days or until released by health officials.

If you must quarantine:
We will assist in providing meals and other necessities to your room. Please communicate your needs via WhatsApp, Airbnb messaging, or via email. We are here to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will be billed through Airbnb or Belizing Payments for any additional expenses, including additional nights or rooms that may be necessary.

If your health deteriorates and you need to be transported to a hospital, we will assist in calling the local health clinic to arrange an ambulance. We are available on WhatsApp 24/7 if needed.

Always update your Belize health app during your travels and follow all official notices and advice. We will be checking in with you frequently throughout the day/s.
