We are a GOLD STANDARD Hotel through the Tourism Board of Belize. (Which emphasizes safety and health over everything else.) We are not the most "fancy" but we are comfy, clean, friendly and practice enhanced cleaning and health protocols.

Sanitization and Cleaning protocols in place
We have eco-friendly foggers to kill any virus or bacteria prior to a deep cleaning with disinfecting cleaners. Bedding is washed properly and disinfected between every guest. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom...then sealed and dated with the worker that did the cleaning. We have regular training updates on cleaning protocols as needed. There are sanitizing stations throughout the property and we clean all high touch areas every one to two hours. By LAW everyone must wear a mask.
Cancellation Policy
PARTIAL OR FULL CANCELLATION/CHANGES: If cancelling 45 days prior to your stay you will be charged a one night Admin fee Incl. PayPal/Bank costs.
If cancelling within 45 days of your stay you are liable for the full stay. We will try to rent your room to give you partial credit. You are still subject to lose all fees and an Admin fee of one night for stays up to 6 nights and 2 nights admin fee for 7 nights to 2 weeks.
DISCLAIMER: This is a Tropical Island in the middle of the ocean in a 3rd World Country. We have geckos, sand flies, mosquitoes, seaweed, rain storms and electrical surges or outages on occasion. We are in a salty humid environment so not everything can be kept in pristine condition. We strive to keep everything well maintained, but please be aware of this. No refunds for these things. No refunds for early departures or late flights or arrivals etc. We highly suggest Trip Insurance for unforeseen events. During these uncertain times of Covid....please do not book if unsure and PLEASE buy trip insurance. We do daily health checks. If you test positive for the virus you will be quarantined 14 days at YOUR expense.
