This is a unique property on the Placencia peninsula. It is a three bedroom home on the ocean with lots of open plan living space. The gardens lead down to the beach, and out onto ... morethe dock, which has its own palapa at the end. There are steps that can be lowered into the water allowing easy access for swimming and playing around in the sea. Back underneath the building is a freshwater shower so you can rinse yourself off before going back into the house. On the first level there are two huge bedrooms. The large open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area, lounge and stairs to the upper level. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the fixtures and fittings you need. The dining and living areas have panoramic windows and doors opening onto the wraparound porch. There are table and chairs out here for you to enjoy the seabreeze and the views. In addition to the huge porch, there is also a screened in porch with a second dining area, bench and hammock - a perfect spot to spend the afternoons. The custom designed stairs lead to a den area that can be used as an play area or office area. Skylights that can open provide light and air. The master bedroom is also on the upper level, with king bed, private deck and ensuite bathroom.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the spot! The house is located down a shaded side road, and is the last house on the street. It is situated to overlook the Placencia ... morelagoon and the Mayan mountains.
The house comfortably sleeps four adults. It has two large bedrooms (one king, one queen) with airconditioning, and plenty of storage space. There is a shared bathroom with shower and tub. Granite counters, plenty of towels included.
There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The dining table seats four, the living area, with coffee and side tables, seats six. The kitchen is custom designed hardwood with granite counters, and has all the latest appliances. There is another air conditioning unit here to keep ypu cool and comfortable. From the living area the doors lead out onto the deck.
The large deck has outdoor furniture including hammocks, and is the perfect place to read a book, watch the sunset, or keep an eye out for passing dolphins or manatees. We provide two bicycles so you can go explore nearby, and also two kayaks so you can go and enjoy the water!

This is a large hardwood cabana built right on the edge of the Placencia lagoon. It has a full kitchen with fridge freezer, 4 ring stove and oven, coffee machine and more. The bathroom ... morehas a hot/cold shower, toilet and vanity unit. The open plan living area has a queen bed, futon couch and plenty of storage for both hanging and folded items. There are fans in the kitchen, bedroom and living areas. We have recently added air conditioning - please note there is a $10/night additional charge if you wish to use it.
There is a screened door that leads out onto a full screened-in porch with table and chairs and hammock. Under the building is a washing machine and drying line for your use.
The cabana shares the lot with two other cabanas. One cabin has the owner and their awesome two children plus three legged rescue dog - Dude - living there full time. It has the lagoon in front, and canals on either side, adding to the tranquillity of the area.
The property is at the end of a shaded road, with water on three sides. There are plenty of trees, including Mango, Sapodilla, Cashew, Noni, Almond, Coconut and more, all of which attract a variety of birds, iguanas and more.
