One room has a kitchenette, and there's also a small common kitchen with refrigerator and microwave.
Mr Tate keeps his guesthouse in immaculate condition and it's the best budget deal in the town center. The six rooms inside the mauve two-story facade, set in a little garden with a gazebo, are all air-conditioned and good value at these rates. Two are self-contained, with kitchenettes, and all come with cable TV and hot showers.
