This upper level rental has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The MASTER has a KING-size bed with its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a QUEEN-size bed with its own private bathroom as well. The third bedroom has 2 TWIN beds with a general bathroom. The living area has air conditioning plus ceiling fans; all other rooms have ceiling fans. The yard is fenced and has a herb garden. The house has a wide, gated veranda - very relaxing - make some herbal tea from the garden. During your stay light housekeeping is provided once per week to clean outside access areas. Yard security available.
Located on the main, it is walking distance to the beach, town center, banks, churches, market, post office and water-taxis for day trips to the cayes - snorkel, dive and do some fishing. The property is walking distance to the Bus Terminal and a short ride to the town's Airport.

The bunkhouse is an elevated buiding that sleeps 24 people in bunk beds in four separate rooms. It is serviced by a rain water collection system that feeds two sinks, two showers and has a four stall composting bathroom 10m away. Visitors are provided with pillows, linen and blankets.

The visitor bathes in the nearby creek, where the family bathes. Meals are not special but what the family eats everyday, which is corn tortillas with eggs, beans and hot pepper and occasionally game meat or local chicken. Visitors are expected to participate in family activities including making tortillas, washing in the creek and even going to a milpa (small crop field cleared from the forest).
