Frequently Asked Questions
We do not take cash payment, but you can pay your driver via credit card. Your booking cannot be guaranteed unless you complete full payment online through this website. If you want to make a deposit, we require at least 50% to reserve your service.
Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport exit with a sign with our logo and your name on it. You will be able to identify your driver in a black Belize Ground Shuttle polo.
Please make sure to share your flight number and time with us so we can track your flight and adjust for any delays. If there are any delays we might not be aware of, kindly contact us as soon as possible so we can alert the drivers.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
- Cancellations made 15 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
- Cancellations made 7 days before will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.

Thank you for choosing Belize Ground Shuttle for your ground shuttle needs! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and apply to all reservations made through our website, phone, or email. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Reservations:
- To reserve a shuttle, you must provide all necessary details, including your name, contact information, number of passengers, pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and flight number (if necessary).
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Payment:Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit card
Cancellation Policy:We understand that plans can change. Here's how our cancellation policy works:
- Full Refund (minus a 3% credit card processing fee): If you cancel your reservation 24 hours or more before your scheduled departure time.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your departure time or for no-shows.
Natural Disasters or IllnessIf your trip is impacted by a natural disaster or illness, we want to help. To qualify for a reschedule or refund, please let us know at least 12 hours before your departure time. Rescheduling PolicyGenerally, we require at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule your reservation. Here are some additional details:
- Same-Day Reschedule: If you already paid the guaranteed private rate for your group, you can reschedule to a different time on the same day with no extra fee.
- Rescheduling to a Different Date: We'll consider these requests on a case-by-case basis, and an additional fee may apply depending on availability.
