Exclusive VIP Experience of the Best little Zoo in the World, The Belize Zoo🦉!

Come and meet some of the most charismatic residents of the Belize Zoo, and learn about their stories, and their species’ role in Belize’s culture, ecology, and economy from the  people who know them best.

The tour is led by senior Zoo Personnel who are experts in natural history, animal care, and wildlife biology and conservation.

This unique Zoo tour will allow you to have personal interactions with the animals,  “behind the scenes” encounters, and richer discussions about the history, mission, and conservation work of the Belize Zoo.

The tour lasts 2-3 hours, and includes over 25 species of Belizean wildlife, including jaguars, tapirs, harpy eagles, scarlet macaws, and keel-billed toucans.

After the tour visit our Harpy Café for a cold beer and lunch or visit The Wild Ting Giftshop for a t-shirt of your favorite animal or a Belize Zoo souvenir. *This VIP tour does not include lunch. Guests can purchase lunch at the Harpy Café.*

Tour cost: $US340.00 for up to 6 persons, each additional person is $US65 up to 10 pax maximum (includes admission tickets)

How to Book
1. Submit a request for a VIP Tour. Specify the date, time, and group size. VIP Tours start at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. You must submit the full names of all customers. 

2. Confirmation: Once your booking request is submitted, a Belizing customer service agent will accept your request and make all the necessary arrangements for your tour. You will receive an email appointment with the booking details. 

Any bookings canceled within 24 hours of the selected scheduled date will receive a full refund, LESS any service fee.

Don’t miss this opportunity
We had an amazing tour on Jan 24, We got to see animals up close and witness the expert loving care the animals receive. Our guide, Humberto , brought the animals close for us to see. Our personal encounter with the jaguar was amazing. This is a place where they really care about the health and welfare of each animal and know them all by name. It is way more than a zoo. Don’t miss it!

VIP and Night Tour
Such an exceptional and one-of-a-kind experience. I did the VIP tour and the Night Tour all in 1 day. My Tour Guide Francisco was very knowledgeable about the animals and was there to answer all my questions. I got the opportunity to be up close to some of the animals and much more Nevertheless, these tours are one I would highly recommended to others.
