Property is an active cattle ranch and farm. There is a 20 X 40 foot pool, garden, ATVs, golf cart, horses, garden, chickens, and private jungle trails. Suites are complete with high-speed internet, kitchenette, coffee service and complimentary drinking water. Property also has a private airstrip (LAF) for those who want to fly in with their private plane or charter flight!

The house faces east for those perfect sunrises. This home is set back from the road to provide more privacy. There is a sweeping staircase up to the living area.
Huge open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The island is spacious enough to comfortable seat six, the kitchen fully equipped with the latest appliances, crockery and cookware. Living and bedroom areas have great artwork from both local and international artists.
The master bedroom with queen bed has a full en-suite bathroom and dressing area. It has a walkout balcony that leads down to the pool and beach.
The second bedroom has two queen beds and also has a walkout balcony that leads down to the pool and beach. The second bathroom has shower, toilet and single vanity.
There is also a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board. The swimming pool and deck are just off the house, and there is also a freshwater shower by the pool for rinsing off after you have been in the pool or ocean.
On the beach there is a private palapa with hammocks, and your own little beach bar - bring your own bartender! The house is centrally located in Maya Beach, just a short walk to the nearest grocery store and a selection of restaurants including Singing Sands, Mangos and more. We do recommend car rental for getting around.
