One of the perks is a double-level veranda which offers a beautiful view over the neighborhood and the sea and is a perfect spot to relax. If you have enough of diving, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, or other activities, you can entertain yourself with a small library, smart TV (including Firestick), and wireless Internet. Or just hang out on the veranda with a cold beer or some Caribbean rum.

The cabana is a studio built on posts about 10 feet above the ground. This means more breeze, better views, fewer bugs, a shady place under the house, and dry feet during a tropical shower. In the house are one queen bed and a futon couch. The futon can be used for 1 adult or 2 children, so the cabana suits a maximum of 3 adults or a family of 4 with children under 12.
The kitchen is fully equipped (see amenities for specifics). The breezy veranda is a perfect spot to read, watch birds or relax in the hammock. If you have enough of the diving, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, or other activities on the island you can entertain yourself with a small library, a selection of board- and card games, smart TV (including Firestick), and WiFi.

The cabins all face the sea & reef in the east with outstanding sunrises on most days. Diving facilities are available on the island although if one person in a group is not keen to dive and prefers just to snorkel, this is an ideal location as the snorkeling is almost as good as the diving.
A cozy restaurant serving succulent seafood, delicious Belizean dishes, and vegetarian on request. A well-located open-air thatched beach bar with a nice sunset deck on the west of the island, away from the cabins, a great spot for watching dramatic sunsets whilst sipping a favorite tropical cocktail.

Bedrooms: colorful, clean, and comfortable 8 or 4-bed dorm-style room with either air conditioning or fans. Each room has tiled flooring and a tiled en-suite bathroom with hot and cold showers, free unlimited purified drinking water, wifi, a fridge, and a full-length mirror in each room. All beds are equipped with their personal electrical outlet and fan and also linen and free towels to use during your stay. Bathrooms are regularly stocked with toilet rolls, hand soap, and free body soap bars are given at the reception upon request. Showers have hot and cold water and a small mirror is located above the sink in each bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities: free tea and coffee is provided 8 am-5 pm. Kitchen facilities: on the roof terrace (third floor) there is a kitchen equipped with four burners for cooking, a microwave, toaster, and all the necessary pots, pans, and other cooking utensils. On the roof terrace, there is also a seating area to enjoy your meal. Other facilities: the property also provides free wi-fi and a very cheap rate for bike rentals.

We are located Ocean Front and on the South End ... moreof the Island of Caye Caulker approx 1.5 miles from the Village Center. We are also in a residential "off grid" neighborhood relying on Solar Power and Rain Water Catchment for our water supply, but you might not even notice with a little bit of conservation on your part ie turning off lights and fans when not in use. We provide bikes and kayaks while you're with us free of charge, also coffee, tea and drinking water. You have the use of the shared dock located next door at our sister property, and we are available you if needed as we live next door, but otherwise your privacy is important to us.
Wish You Were Here is located in an "offgrid" residential neighborhood at the southern point of Caye Caulker. We're a short 20 minute bike ride to the center of the Village where the action is, but far enough away to chill and have some quiet time when you're ready. Relax in the hammock or on the dock watching the sunset, and enjoy the almost constant breeze we get here at South Point.
