Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 90 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
- Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
- Bookings for this tour should be made at least 24 hours prior to the tour's scheduled departure time.
- Weather and other natural conditions are beyond our control. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any tour before the scheduled departure time for reasons including, but not limited to, late-arrivals (Applicable to Cruise Ship Bookings), bad weather, any natural occurrences and insufficient number of participants.
- For tours that include water activity, even though the weather condition might make the tour permissible, we might not make it advisable. If we inform you that the weather condition prevents us from doing your tour, we'll offer to move the tour to another date or recommend an alternative activity. We take the safety of our guests and our staff seriously. Thus, we will not start any tour if we consider it to be a risk to your safety and the safety of our guides.
- All refunds will be issued based on the Terms and Conditions listed above without further responsibilities if you decide not to accept the alternatives. Going Coastal Adventures will NOT be held responsible for any demands, losses, expenses, damages, or charges incurred by you, as a result of any cancellation.
