Starting January 26, 2021, the CDC will require all airline passengers to the United States, ages two years and older, to present a negative COVID-19 PCR or Rapid Antigen test taken within three days of travel or provide a positive test result and documentation from a licensed health care provider or public health official of having recovered from COVID-19 in the 90 days preceding travel. Passengers must also attest, under penalty of law, to having received a negative qualifying test result or to recovery from COVID-19 and medical clearance to travel.

Airlines must deny boarding to passengers who do not meet these requirements. U.S. citizens who may not be able to satisfy the requirements should depart immediately or prepare to be unable to return to the United States until such time as they can meet the requirements.
Availability of Testing in Belize
The Government of Belize Ministry of Health and Wellness has announced the expansion of testing to include all persons requiring a negative COVID-19 test to enter other countries.
The Belize Tourism Board has also announced that same-day testing will be available at Philip Goldson International Airport for any departing passengers. Please monitor their website for cost information and updates.
Rapid Antigen testing will also be offered on-site at various hotels across the country by health facilities that have been approved by the Ministry of Health and Wellness.
