From there, we delve into the savory sensations of the Mestizo culture. You will get to indulge in the diverse corn-based foods and enjoy Belizean favorites; salutes, garnaches, and empanadas. Of course, we will be having Mayan food as well, and since we already had so much corn we're going to have some "Relleno de negro" which is a Mayan specialty also known to locals as "black dina" with coconut white rice.
