All rentals require a refundable security deposit of $250 USD to secure your van. At the end of the rental period, any fuel costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be promptly refunded, provided the vehicle is returned in good condition with no damages. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD).

Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking with Belize Ground Shuttle. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and enjoyable rental experience for all parties.


1. Rental Eligibility
The renter must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid identification and booking details.
All rentals include a designated driver provided by Belize Ground Shuttle. No self-driving is permitted.

2. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the agreed pickup date and time and ends upon return of the vehicle.
Extensions or early returns must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

3. Vehicle Use
The vehicle is to be used strictly for tourism and travel purposes.
Travel is limited to properly maintained roads within Belize.
Cross-border travel is strictly prohibited.

4. Driver Policy
Only the assigned driver from Belize Ground Shuttle is authorized to operate the vehicle.
For overnight or multi-day rentals, the renter agrees to provide: Suitable lodging (minimum one bed per driver)
At least two meals per day

5. Rental Rates & Payment
Rental rate: $250 USD per day
Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm the booking.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Security Deposit
A refundable $250 USD security deposit is required prior to rental.
The deposit may be held on a credit card.
Deductions may be made for: Vehicle damage not covered by insurance
Missing fuel upon return
Excessive cleaning or misuse

7. Fuel Policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel.
The renter is responsible for fuel during the rental period.
The vehicle must be returned with a full tank, or refueling costs will be deducted from the deposit.

8. Insurance & Liability
The rental includes third-party/comprehensive insurance, subject to policy limitations.
The renter is responsible for: Any damages not covered by insurance
Negligence or misuse of the vehicle
Belize Ground Shuttle is not liable for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

9. Fines & Violations
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, or legal infractions incurred during the rental period.

10. Vehicle Condition
The vehicle is provided in good working condition.
Any pre-existing damage will be documented prior to rental.
The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

11. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility may depend on notice period and circumstances.

12. Indemnification
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Belize Ground Shuttle from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the rental vehicle.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belize.
Any disputes will be resolved under Belizean jurisdiction.

14. Agreement Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
