About the Opening
Description / Objective
We're searching for someone to join our team as a Digital Media Sales and Marketing Agent! The Digital Media Sales and Marketing Agent is responsible for selling the company’s digital services and proper tracking of communication and subscriptions with customers using a customer relationship management software.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Media Sales and Marketing Agent is accountable for the following tasks:
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding digital sales revenue goals for the market and for controlling sales expenses;
  • Directs sales processes to generate revenues;
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
  • Present sales, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team;
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new services and competition status;
  • Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors in order to target needs and drive sales;
  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure the achievement of sales objectives;
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts;
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue;
  • Generate timely sales reports;
  • Conduct market research, trends, competitors, and customer analysis;
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies;
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them;
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities;
  • Develop promotional ideas and material;
  • Continually track digital media metrics and KPIs to ensure growth;
  • Conduct continuous research on the latest industry trends and consumer behavior analysis to develop new ideas for the market to generate further revenue;
  • Any other tasks required.
Min Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field;
  • 1-3 years of sales experience;
  • Knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, channels of distribution, technology trends, customer buying patterns, and budgeting.
  • Must have knowledge of digital media advertising, digital marketing, competitive strategies, product marketing, and product management.
Additionally, the following areas of experience will strengthen the application
  • Detailed oriented, organized, and good with numbers/figures;
  • Highly motivated professional;
  • Experience with Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, Travel OTAs, and Social Media Platforms;
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing;
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish are an asset;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask;
  • Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines;
  • Good IT and CRM Knowledge;
  • Presentation skills;
  • Negotiation;
  • Market knowledge, monitoring, and result tracking;

  • Ability to identify and solve client issues successfully.

Submission of EOI to by the applicant including the following documents:

  • Copy of Valid Social Security Card
  • Copy of Valid Driver’s License
  • Police Record (receipt acceptable in interim)
  • Academic qualifications
  • Other relevant training or certifications;
  1. The applicant’s EOI will be vetted in order to proceed with the applicant for phase 2 of the recruitment process;
  2. Phase 2 will include a series of tests including a typing speed test and an aptitude test;
  3. The results of the tests will be reviewed and should the applicant be deemed suitable, based on the submitted test results, phase 3 of the recruitment process will be scheduled;
  4. Phase 3 is an online interview between recruiters of LetsGoBelizing Ltd. and the applicant.
