The houses, completed in 2014, are on a private oversized Beach Front lot. The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk down the beach to Placencia village with its restaurants and shops. The homes are a contemporary comfortable style perfect for couples or families.

Every bedroom has a full beach view, its own private tiled bathroom with two sinks, air conditioning if the breezes just don't do it for you, and a fan overhead on the Rosa wood ceilings.
