Located just 1 mile south from the Placencia Hotel and 1 mile north of Maya Beach. There is banana, papaya, pineapple, lime and mango trees on the property which you can harvest when in season. The full kitchen has all modern appliances, including double fridge, freezer, gas stovetop and microwave. The bathroom has double sinks, and a luxury double shower spa system. The 12 by 24 ft front deck of the house opens to the kitchen through french doors, and the living room opens with a 3 panel nana wall. The deck overlooks the Caribbean sea where you can watch the sunrise, and at times see dolphins or manatees. You will use the back deck to watch the sunset over the placencia lagoon and Maya Mountains. This unique property has water views on both sides of the house! A large gas barbecue and two kayaks are available for guest use, free of charge. Free wifi is available.

The Junior unit is our bargain “backpacker” unit. It is just a room, really, with tiled floors, its own bathroom, kitchenette and A/C.
