The north bedroom has a fun outdoor shower that can be used for rinsing the salt water off or for showering outside among the plants. Each bedroom as well as the living area is individually air conditioned.
The second level has a large Great Room which includes a comfortable living area combined with a dining room and kitchen. The Great Room is decorated with original paintings, Guatemalen antiques, and African artifacts. The dining area easily accommodates 8 guests for dinner. There are spacious porches off of each floor and the terrace off the Great Room offers a sweeping 180 degree view up and down the coast with enough area for both a hammock and a sitting area. An open floor plan with large living /dining room and fully equipped kitchen with bar and lots of counter space, 2 door fridge, 4 burner stove with self cleaning oven and over the stove microwave, completes the main area. A 36,000 BTU air conditioner keeps the main area cool. The two bedrooms each have air conditioners, and the house has 5 overhead fans. This is the tropics! A 20 foot Internet tower and Apple TV( with Netflix) keeps you connected. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a safe in the closet, the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Ocean views, and located on a canal, Royale Manor is complete with a 41 ft. slip, with access to the ocean only a half block away. There is a shared laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board and clothes line for bathing suits and beach towels. You even have your own driveway with remote control gate and there is an alarm. While the main part of the house is a two bedroom house, there is a one bedroom cottage suite on the property. They both can be rented if two couples are travelling together. Why confine yourself to a hotel room when you can live beautifully with more space and amenities in a lovely home? This is an adult oriented property.
The yard, palapa, pool and BBQ are available for your enjoyment. There are lots of chairs and tables around, so that you can enjoy the outdoors. The laundry room is for the use of the staff predominantly, but we are happy to share, as long as the units are available for check-outs. Don't swim in the canal due to crocodiles. There are iguanas that wonder through the property from time to time. Just ignore them, and they'll continue on their trek. Don't encourage them, as they eat the plants.

The No-Snow-Chateau is within walking distance of everything that brings a person to San Pedro. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and markets, and only a 5-minute golf cart ride to downtown. The not-so-secret Secret Beach is 45 minutes away by golf cart. If you need a puppy fix while there, the nearby shelter is always looking for volunteers to walk the pups that are waiting for a forever home. There are many tour companies nearby as well that can arrange diving and snorkeling outings for you. Right at the end of the street is the Billy Bones swim bar and fitness center. For $15BZ ($7.50 US) per day you get full use of a fitness room, tennis court, and swimming pools.
Getting to the No-Snow-Chateau is both a journey AND a destination! Most travelers to Belize arrive first in Philip Goldson International Airport (airport code BZE) in Ladyville on the mainland. From there you have two options: Convenient and fast, or inexpensive, interesting, and slower. The first option is to book a flight with either Tropic Air or Maya Air to San Pedro. It’s about a 15-minute flight and offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean and many of the islands right off the coast of mainland Belize. The second option is to shuttle to the waterfront and take a water taxi. The water taxi takes 90 minutes to get from Belize City to San Pedro, usually stopping briefly at Caye Caulker. With a little luck you could see dolphins or sea turtles along the way! Once in San Pedro, golf carts are the preferred rental vehicles, there are no car rentals. Bicycles and scooters are also available. We’ll put you in touch with our preferred rental company to make your rental arrangements. They will meet you at the airport or water taxi with your golf cart and instruct you in its use, then turn you loose to begin your adventure. The No-Snow-Chateau is five minutes from the airport terminal, ten minutes from the water taxi terminal.
