The home is raised off the ground, and a large staircase leads to the front door from the road/private parking. The main living area consists of a fully-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and new full-size stainless appliances, a dining area with seating for 6, living area with a queen-sized sofa sleeper and love seat and flat-panel television, and a half bath with stacked washer/dryer.
Beautiful Belizean hardwood cabinets and tiled floors are located throughout. The rooms are cooled with air-conditioning units and ceiling fans. A breakfast bar with stools serves as the home's dining area. The living area offers a full-size sofa bed and television. The studio-like bedroom has a king-size bed, closet space and television. The private bathroom is next to the bedroom as is a large extra closet. The bathroom is modern with a concrete vanity counter top, toilet and roomy tiled stand-up shower. The flooring throughout the home is the original preserved shipping container floor with rivets and all. A washer/dryer are located behind closed doors in a pantry area beside the kitchen.
The home's elevation from the ground only enhances the already stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. It doesn't matter which part of the home you are in, the floor-to-ceiling patio doors practically bring the outdoors inside.
