Welcome to The Sundial Beach House, a private beach house located in Sittee Point, Stann Creek District, Belize. We are a 45 minute taxi ride from the local Dangriga airport or a 3 ... morehour drive from Belize City's Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport.
The Sundial Beach House sits directly on the Caribbean sea between the sleepy little fishing village of Hopkins and the Sittee River. It is near all amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores, scuba diving shops, local outfitters, a pharmacy and a gym. All are easily accessible by bicycle.
The open plan living cabin is perfect for two people. It is equipped with a queen size bed, futon, fully furnished kitchen, hot water (with good pressure!), wifi, bluetooth speaker, TV with Chromecast, ceiling fans and AC. We also offer the usage of 2 bicycles to get around the village and visit the surroundings as well as a double sea kayak to explore the bay or Sittee River via the Curve Bar Marina access point.
The viewing platform over the water is great place to watch the sunrise as well as the local wildlife such as rays, manatees and dolphins. We can also work with our property manager to organize private tours or transfers for you. Or you can simply chose to lounge around in a hamac on the large wrap around deck.

The sparkling clean Studio Unit is fully equipped for a long & short term stays. It has a comfortable full size custom build mahogany bed, cozy dinning area, a 3/4 bath and big closets. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender pots/pans/dishes/utensils and in-room safe.
Washing machine is located in the laundry room on the ground level.

This is a tiny home, set on the outskirts of Hopkins Village, just past GariMaya Gift Shop. We strive to ensure you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay and if something isn't available, just tell us. Either we will get it or we can't but we can chat about it. Our objective is to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as we can make it.
We use locally sourced artwork, furniture, blankets, appliances wherever possible. We have a yardman come at least once a week to keep the yard looking great and we provide a once a week housekeeper for those staying longer than 1 week. This service is provided at no charge to our guests. The housekeeper will clean the bathroom as well as change all the linens. Any other cleaning you may want to be done please arrange with the cleaning lady at your own discretion.
We provide a coffee pot, kettle, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and flatware, cups and glasses, cooking utensils, towels.
Wi-Fi, hot water, air conditioning, and most importantly privacy. For a better price than anywhere else around.
We have had guests stay for a few days and others have stayed for months.
We live and work on the property so are always available to answer questions and provide information. But we also recognize that you are on vacation so we leave you alone as much or as little as you like.

Pelicans Crossing Seaside Escape is a luxury private beach front villa with a large private pool. Set on the Caribbean sea you can rent just the space you need. Designed to be rented by the suite for one couple, two suites and kitchen/living room area for two couples or the entire villa for six people. Suites can be rented with or without the gourmet kitchen and living area.
If you choose a single suite, rest assured you will have what you need. All suites are equipped with a breakfast station (toaster oven and griddle with coffee maker) as well as a mini refrigerator with freezer. The beach house is in a wonderful location just south of Hopkins village in the coveted phase 4 area of Sittee Point. Just south of the resort area. Many great restaurants nearby. Wonderful location for you to explore everything Belize has to offer or spend your time on the private beach or at the pool. Many private spots to relax the day away. Kayak available for your use.
Furnished with customer designed Belizean hardwood furniture and custom cabinets and doors made by a local craftsman. Local artists paintings throughout the home. Tile floors and granite countertops. Plenty of outdoor furniture for your use and hammocks under the palapa. Enjoy our beachfront swing, or a nice lunch at the shady custom built picnic table by the pool. Plenty of outdoor covered spaces to enjoy the beachfront views. Lots of sunny locations for those that enjoy the sun.
If you choose to rent the entire villa you are in for a treat with the expansive rooftop tiled deck and the amazing views. Entire villa rental also gets you the gourmet kitchen and comfortable living area with a large flatscreen tv. The sunrises and the sunsets here are incredible. Enjoy the amazing night sky or watch for dolphin and manatee with your morning coffee from your chair.
Close enough to explore the charming Hopkins Village or beautiful Sittee River Village by golf cart. Plenty of hiking, tubing, tours by boat to the cayes for snorkeling or diving for the more adventurous. Kayak up the beautiful Sittee River. The lucky guests will spot Crocodiles, Herons and maybe the national bird the Keel Billed Toucan.
