There is banana, papaya, pineapple, lime and mango trees on the property which you can harvest when in season. The full kitchen has all modern appliances, including double fridge, freezer, gas stovetop and microwave. The bathroom has double sinks, and a luxury double shower spa system. The 12 by 24 ft front deck of the house opens to the kitchen through french doors, and the living room opens with a 3 panel nana wall. The deck overlooks the Caribbean sea where you can watch the sunrise, and at times see dolphins or manatees.
