Located just 1 mile south from the Placencia Hotel and 1 mile north of Maya Beach. The home is uniquely located in upscale area that provides for a very private beach setting, yet it is close to fine dining and other upscale resorts in an exclusive section of Placencia, just 10 minutes from Placencia Village and air strip.
Home is meticulously maintained by full time onsite staff and very active owners that continue to invest in property and make improvements like the private pool on beach and large covered ocean pier with bar, hammocks, and lounge chairs.
The main home is two stories consisting of over 4,000 sq ft of living area and covered patios directly over looking a private beach, private covered ocean pier. A great view over the lagoon and the Mayan Mountains can also be had from upstairs living area and from the street side covered deck located on the front side of home.

You have your own private pool and deck, plus an ocean pier, 120 ft long with a 20 x 24 ft deck and thatched palapa with cushioned lounge chairs and privacy fence. There is banana, papaya, pineapple, lime and mango trees on the property which you can harvest when in season. The full kitchen has all modern appliances, including double fridge, freezer, gas stovetop and microwave. The bathroom has double sinks, and a luxury double shower spa system. The 12 by 24 ft front deck of the house opens to the kitchen through french doors, and the living room opens with a 3 panel nana wall. The deck overlooks the Caribbean sea where you can watch the sunrise, and at times see dolphins or manatees. You will use the back deck to watch the sunset over the placencia lagoon and Maya Mountains. This unique property has water views on both sides of the house! A large gas barbecue and two kayaks are available for guest use, free of charge. Free wifi is available.
The peninsula is a friendly place to visit and there are many amenities available within a 10 minute drive from the house.

We are very excited to offer this amazing three-storey 4 bedroom/ 3 bath canal home is located in Maya Beach, Placencia. The home features a cistern under the house which collects ... morerainwater which is very effective. An electric pump pumps water into the house and there’s good pressure. The cistern has a water filter attached as well. There is an A/C unit on the second floor and wires for one on the third floor. A well-established thatch boathouse is located on the left and behind it the canal, which leads to the lagoon. A shed is also available on the property. The ground floor offers two suites. 'Margaritaville' and 'Fins Left' Margaritaville has a queen bed suite along with well stocked kitchen and private bath. It sleeps two and is perfect for that 'right on the beach' feeling. The kitchen allows guests on the ground floor to have access to all amenities without venturing upstairs. 'Fins Left' has a nice living space and queen size bed and is identical except for the kitchen. The spaces connect through lockable doors into the kitchen for that early morning coffee or light night 'nightcap'. Both units are air conditioned and open onto a 800 sq. ft. covered veranda with pool.
